SHIPPING POLICY

MountainShire Farms currently does not offer shipping. Our products are available for local delivery in the Boulder County and surrounding area.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Below is our return and exchange policy for custom orders:

Returns: We do not accept returns on custom orders unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. If you receive a defective product or we made an error with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges on custom orders if the product is in its original condition and there was no error on our part. If you would like to exchange your custom order for a different size, color, or design, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to make the exchange and may charge a restocking fee to cover the cost of producing a new product.

Cancellation: We cannot cancel custom orders once production has begun. If you need to cancel your custom order, please contact us as soon as possible before production starts.

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for defective products or errors on our part. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit instead of a refund.
